Refund Policy
Draft
This policy is a draft. It has not yet been reviewed for SuperDigi's business or the laws that apply, and it is not final.Last updated: [OWNER: date]
Requesting a refund
[OWNER: state your refund window and conditions — e.g. ‘Request a refund within 14 days of purchase if a product doesn’t work as described.’ Make sure it matches what Paddle requires of sellers.]
To request a refund, use the contact form with your order number (it starts with
SD-). Refunds are issued by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.
What happens after a refund
- When a refund is approved, access to the refunded products is removed from your account.
- If only some items of an order are refunded, you keep access to the others.
- If a payment is disputed (chargeback), access to the whole order is removed while it is resolved.
Exceptions
[OWNER: list any exceptions, e.g. products marked non-refundable, abuse of the refund process]
