How delivery works
- All products are digital. Nothing is shipped.
- After your payment is confirmed by Paddle, your products appear immediately under Account → Downloads. You’ll also receive an order confirmation email.
- Free products are available as soon as you claim them.
- Some products may be delivered through another process (for example access to an external service); the product page explains how.
Access and updates
- Purchases include lifetime access to the latest version of each product’s files for as long as SuperDigi operates. [OWNER: confirm the wording of this promise]
- Downloads require signing in to your account. Download links can’t be shared.
- To protect your account, downloads are limited to 20 per product per hour.
Problems with a download
If a file is missing or doesn’t work, contact us through the contact form with your order number.
